Lead Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead a small team and deliver curriculums that enrich the child's holistic self.

About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

You will also collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, collaborative working environment, supporting and mentoring team members as needed.

Your leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage a small team, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality curriculums that meet the needs of children aged [insert age range]
