Job Opportunity:

The role of a Primary School Leader is an opportunity to provide spiritual and strategic leadership as a member of the Executive Team. This full-time leadership position involves leading a dynamic team and shaping a flourishing learning community grounded in Gospel truth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing spiritual and strategic leadership to the Primary School
  • Leading teaching and learning with a commitment to academic excellence and holistic child development
  • Cultivating a positive, supportive and prayerful school culture for students, staff and families
  • Oversight of curriculum development, professional learning, and policy compliance
  • Managing Primary School operations including enrolments, wellbeing programs and compliance
  • Promoting Christian Worldview integration across all areas of the curriculum
  • Partnering with the wider network to grow Kingdom impact

Selection Criteria:

  • A personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and active involvement in a Christian church
  • A clear alignment with the SCEA's Statement of Faith and Foundational Beliefs
  • Demonstrated experience in educational leadership, preferably at a whole-school or executive level
  • Strength in staff development, curriculum leadership and pastoral care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a servant-leader mindset
  • Proven ability to build culture, manage change and inspire excellence
  • A deep love for children and a vision to see them thrive in Christ
