About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Support Specialist to join our regional services team in Broken Hill. As an Equipment Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing technical machine support to our customers, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and guidance on equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Assist customers with parts and service inquiries and orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment transactions.
  • Collaborate with our service department to schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Proactively identify and recommend additional products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and product updates.

About You

  • You have a qualified mechanic background, preferably with CAT machinery experience.
  • You possess high mechanical aptitude and understanding of earthmoving equipment.
  • Previous experience in product support and service within the construction equipment industry is an asset.
  • You have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
