Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Corporate and Commercial Team. This role combines office-based work with remote flexibility, requiring at least three days on-site in the office.

This position suits an experienced insurance broker with 1-2 years of experience managing SME portfolios. The successful candidate will have opportunities to work with diverse risks, participate in new business tenders, build a network of opportunities, and assist in complex insurance programs.

  • Maintain key revenue-generating accounts while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Grow commercial portfolios through new logos and expanded opportunities.
  • On-board new clients and deliver our value proposition.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with insurers.
  • Plan and implement effective renewal and broking strategies.
  • Ensure account retention and defense strategies for all clients.
  • Participate in claim-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key requirements include:

  • 1-2 years of broking experience.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team.
  • Moderate knowledge of risks and insurance products for key industry sectors.
  • Strong motivation and time management skills.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Intermediate Microsoft suite proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly.
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualifications or higher.
