Senior Project Manager Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects, ensuring successful delivery of scope, time, cost, risk, quality and change control.

  • Mainly responsible for managing the delivery of Kuraby to Beenleigh project.
  • Coordinate engineering, construction, testing and commissioning deliverables on the project.
  • Manage interface and possession issues with all participants.
  • Facilitate integrated assurance process according to integrated and progressive assurance strategies.
  • Oversee production of project plans and schedules.
  • Ensure project reporting complies with alliance and internal requirements.
  • Contract administration.
  • Cover project meetings and prepare progress reports, performance reviews and commercial reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in multi-discipline engineering projects.
  • Experience in turnkey rail signalling projects, especially delivering ETCS systems.
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management.
  • Project management training such as PMP or Prince2.
  • High initiative-taking skills with excellent leadership and organisational abilities.
  • Able to make prompt decisions in challenging environments.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Multicultural environment adaptability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
