The Role:
  • Support the Merchandise Manager in developing and implementing product strategies for apparel, accessories, and footwear across our range.
  • Analyse market trends, consult on product range selection and pricing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development, and ensure commercial expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement product strategy for the brand.
  2. Ensure product and brand alignment with customer and market needs, as well as brand strategy.
  3. Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform product development and maintain market competitiveness.
  4. Consult on product range selection to meet market/customer needs and align with brand strategy.
  5. Support pricing strategies to meet commercial expectations of product performance.

  7. Ideate and develop product briefs for new products.
  8. Assess the commercial viability of new products.
  9. Manage the launch of new products into the market.
  10. Ensure commercial expectations are met for both product strategy and performance.

Requirements:
