Evidence Services Consulting Analysts collaborate with investigation teams to develop and implement evidence review strategies, leveraging technology and advanced analytics.
The role involves preparing criminal briefs, civil discovery documents, and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies.
- Deliver training and support to investigation teams on the effective use of ASIC's evidence management systems.
- Maintain and administer ASIC's evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.
Participate in national meetings with Evidence Services Consulting teams to discuss emerging problems and ideas for solutions.
About YouCandidates will have demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery, and evidence management. They must possess technical expertise and specialist skills to assist ASIC in achieving impactful outcomes.
Key skills include managing stakeholder and service delivery expectations, responding to complex enquiries, and resolving issues.
Strong communication skills are required to present complex information to different audiences.
Experience in the use of litigation support software is highly desirable.
