
Supply Chain Development Manager

We are seeking experienced supply chain professionals to join our planning and purchasing team.
These roles are pivotal in executing existing programs and new business campaigns through providing supply chain expertise, guidance and leadership.
The role can be based in various locations across New South Wales. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management with experience in executing acquisition or sustainment projects within the MRO industry.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to an open, inclusive and innovative team culture.
- Set up development and knowledge sharing frameworks encouraging team growth.
- Engage with team members and support them on their career journey identifying progression and development opportunities.
- Work with others to understand business needs and manage the team to meet multiple project requirements in a matrix organization environment.
- Lead the development and execution of existing and new program opportunities.
- Contribute to the business growth strategy and roadmaps.
- Conduct strategic workforce planning including provision of resources to meet multiple project demands.
- Enable collaboration across programs to identify and leverage commonalities innovation and efficiencies.
- Drive continuous improvement by communicating and deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve costs quality delivery employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience working within dynamic global supply chains experience in executing acquisition or sustainment projects within the MRO industry tertiary qualifications and/or 10+ years' experience or equivalent combination within the supply chain industry desirable.
Required skills and qualifications include demonstrated ability to lead teams inside and beyond supply chain services environments experience engaging with and managing subcontractors and contract managers and excellent interpersonal influencing and negotiation skills.
