We are seeking a highly analytical professional to join our team as a Commercial Insights Manager. This exciting role will play a key part in driving business growth and informing strategic decision-making across the organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing actionable insights to support commercial and operational growth. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities and optimize workflows.

  • Analyzing market sales, financials, consumer insights, forecasting, and flavor research data to inform business decisions.
  • Managing large datasets in Excel, ensuring accuracy and usability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Data Analysis and Visualization.
  • A background in FMCG or consumer industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree-qualified with solid business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
