The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture is a 50/50 joint venture between CPB Contractors and Downer to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities to support Defence capability for the next 30 years.
Your OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture. The successful candidate will provide efficient project support and deliver accurate, timely, and responsive administrative services.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all prepared material, documentation, and correspondence are dealt with according to relevant procedures.
- Prepare debtor invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- Monitor payments and maintain records of project revenue.
- Book travel and accommodation.
- Payroll Administration, tracking, and processing timesheets.
- Manage and implement document control processes.
- Assist the Senior Project Manager with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills.
- JDE experience preferred but not mandatory.
- A demonstrated understanding of commercial and financial processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize and work effectively in a busy working environment.
- The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships internally and externally.
