Bridge Repair Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Bridge Repair Specialist to join our team for a temporary position in Perisher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and ensure safe working practices
- Dismantle existing mortar pads
- Install new bearings into position
- Set basic formwork and pour new mortar pads to bearing base plates
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A valid Work Safely at Heights ticket or certificate
- Carpentry or Trade Certificate (desired)
- First Aid certification (advantageous)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality work
- Effective communication skills
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions
- Willingness to work overtime shifts regularly
- Familiarity with WH&S principles
- Ability to produce high-quality work
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
