  • This is a Casual Functions & Events Supervisor role that offers an opportunity to support the daily running of functions and events at some of Sydney's most stunning venues.
  • As a supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences across various events including cocktail parties, conferences, and sit-down dinners.
  • The Role
    • Receive briefings from Venue and Event Managers prior to the event
    • Oversee service-related aspects of an event from set up, through to service and pack down
    • Lead a team of experienced waiters and bartenders
    • Support and work closely with the service management team
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Minimum 1-year experience in hospitality in a team leader/supervisor capacity
    • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Valid NSW RSA
    • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Must be available between Tuesday - Friday, with Thursdays a must
    • Hours fluctuate weekly based on event schedules
    • 10-30 hours per week; minimum availability of 3 days/evenings per week
