As a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) leader, you will play a critical role in driving project excellence and success within our organisation.

About the Role
  • Establish and manage PMOs for large and complex projects, programs or portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing PMO team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement robust processes and frameworks to enhance governance, risk management and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders, sponsors and senior leaders on PMO best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business value.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing PMO strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Managing PMO budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, sponsors and team members.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project delivery meets quality, time and budget targets.

Key Requirements:
