Job Title: Residential Support Assistant

Residential Support Assistants are skilled at maintaining a tidy environment and passionate about helping others. They make a real difference every day by creating a warm and welcoming space for our residents.

You'll Contribute To Our Success By:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with our other housekeeping and maintenance staff
  • Ensuring our residents are happy, vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing and generally ensuring the upkeep of all communal areas and resident bedrooms
  • Maintaining stocks for day-to-day use and reporting any issues to the Supervisor as needed

Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role:

You take pride in delivering work to a high standard and can maintain an organised environment. Often managing multiple requests at once, you'll be comfortable multitasking and where necessary, working with other teams to ensure our residents are happy in their home.
