Dedicated Support Worker

Companionship Care Provider

We are looking for caring individuals to join our team as Companionship Care Providers. In this role, you will support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.

About the Role:

• Provide person-centred care that supports independence and honours choice.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
