About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Professional to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our strategic direction and promotes our services and vision across the community.

This hands-on role covers various aspects of marketing, including:

  • Brand management and digital marketing
  • Event coordination
  • Media relations
  • Grant submissions

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and media liaison. They should also have strong digital and social media marketing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects, events, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our strategic direction and promotes our services and vision across the community.
  2. Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
  3. Build and maintain positive relationships with media, local networks, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  4. Create and coordinate community engagement strategies and fundraising events.
  5. Manage and produce marketing materials, such as newsletters, press releases, and annual reports.
  6. Support the development of grant applications and funding proposals.
  7. Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal, policy, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing or communications management role.
  • Strong digital and social media marketing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and media liaison.
