A leadership role with input into the manufacturing strategic plan.
This is an opportunity to implement change and improve site performance, based at our Welshpool site.
Your ImpactAs a Reliability Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to develop and implement effective preventative maintenance, continuous improvement projects, and reliability programs. You will also manage utilities and related contractors to ensure adequate resources are available to deliver on planned production and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the maintenance function to ensure ongoing operation of plant and equipment via planned and unplanned maintenance activities and in line with long-term reliability agenda.
- Manage utilities contracts to identify and implement strategies to improve utilities performance across QCDSM metrics, as well as ensuring that legislative requirements are met.
- Manage maintenance budget efficiently and within constraints of variable volume adjustments.
- Generation of CAPEX plans for submission to national engineering as well as long-term capacity and asset replacement strategies.
Prior experience leading reliability and maintenance programs in large-volume/high-speed production operations is essential.
Strong understanding of reliability and maintenance practices, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and often conflicting priorities, and have experience with administrative duties such as managing budgets.
