As a seasoned professional in Lean management, you have the unique opportunity to lead and drive transformative change across our Refinery and Coining Division. This exciting two-year fixed term role is perfect for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record of delivering measurable results through process improvement and cultural transformation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, backed by a Lean Management certification or Six Sigma Black Belt. With 5+ years' experience as a Lean Manager or in a similar role, you'll bring hands-on experience in project and change management, and be confident in your approach to influencing teams, fostering positive change, and keeping momentum going even when faced with challenges.

This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. You'll need to be confident in your ability to engage teams, motivate individuals, and drive continuous improvement. As a strong communicator and facilitator, you'll thrive in environments where precision and performance matter. Whether it's automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or service industries, you understand the intricacies of operational environments and know how to navigate them with confidence and clarity.
