Security Operations Manager

Certis Security Australia is a leading security provider, seeking an experienced Gatehouse Security Officer to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients and their premises.
Key Responsibilities- Manage vehicle movement, access control, and visitor passes to ensure seamless site operations.
- Monitor WHS, CCTV surveillance, and respond to various site alarms to maintain a secure environment.
- Issue permanent and temporary staff security access cards, contractor, and visitor passes as per site requirements.
- Provide daily communications diary, event logs, incident reports, breaches, foot patrol reports, readings, alarms, and any checks to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure perimeter security by preventing unauthorized access to the site or vulnerabilities to physical and electronic security integrity.
- A relevant Security Licence in the applicable State or Territory, along with a current Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, managing client relationships, and staff performance.
- Advanced Computer Skills, excellent communication, and report writing skills.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on location), plus superannuation.
