Aspiring Retail Leaders Wanted
We are seeking a Store Manager who can create memorable shopping experiences in a fast-paced environment, engaging kids and teens with product knowledge and commercial acumen.
About the Opportunity:
- Foster a customer-centric culture to deliver seamless interactions with every customer encounter
- Embody the brand's fun and welcoming nature, creating an inclusive environment for all customers and staff
- Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration, unlocking their full potential
- Drive sales by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and adapting to customer needs
- Partner with State Leadership to build a successful and profitable store
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Ensure operational excellence, manage rosters, and maintain efficient back-of-house administration
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2-year + experience working as a successful retail Store Manager
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPI's
- A natural leader with a passion for learning and development, empowering an engaged team
- Strong technical product knowledge and a commitment to retaining this expertise
- A charismatic personality that connects with customers' needs and preferences
- Ability to analyze and optimize stock to maximize sales on the shop floor
