Director of Educational Services

This is a key leadership role in a co-educational independent school, where you will have the opportunity to shape the educational experience of students from Early Learning Centre to Year 12.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide educational leadership and direction to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence and social responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualifications
- Working With Children's Check
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain) including Skilled Migrant Visa and possible WHV
