Key Responsibilities- Operational Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies in Work Schedules and Operational Processes, implementing agreed solutions that improve safety, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Analyse operational data from various sources, including Maximo and Salesforce Field Service, to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Workforce and Schedule Optimisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to review and optimise work schedules, agreeing on initiatives to improve the management of field service teams and overall work performance.
- Performance Tracking: Establish new and review existing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to work scheduling and operational efficiency, monitoring outputs and reporting findings to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives to implement new opportunities and build on existing processes, enhancing safety, improving service reliability, and enriching the customer experience.
- Optimisation: Understand the proper combination and weighting of scheduling objectives and rules required to enable the scheduling engine to achieve the optimisation required to meet business objectives.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Optimisation Specialist with a strong background in Computer Science or a related field. You will have advanced skills and considerable experience in one or more major programming languages, as well as a good understanding of the current IT systems environment and development paths.
You will also possess excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
