About the Role

The Data Insights Specialist will play a key role in advancing strategic initiatives by supporting data maintenance, analysis and visualisation.

This dynamic role involves working with multiple datasets and platforms to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on analytics tools and methodologies to enhance team capabilities.
  • Conduct regular analyses to inform business decision-making.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to streamline data access and insights.
  • Collaborate on high-impact data projects to drive business growth.
  • Use audience data to optimise campaign solutions for sales excellence.
  • Support portfolio and trading optimisation through detailed analysis.
  • Provide expert guidance on analytics best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex audience-related issues to ensure successful sales outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience within Data Analytics with a strong focus on data management (SQL or Excel).
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis (Excel formulas or similar) and data visualisation.
  • Experience with coding and ETL practices is highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Relevant educational background with a focus on data science or analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in media is an added advantage.
