Electrical Instructor Position Available

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Electrical Educator to impart their knowledge and skills to students in a classroom or online setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training to students in electrical trade with the goal of achieving excellence in their chosen field
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, thereby enhancing their learning experience
- Mentor and support students in their learning journey, providing guidance and feedback to help them achieve their full potential
- Vocational competencies in electrical trade at least to the level being delivered, ensuring that they possess the necessary expertise to deliver high-quality training
- Possession of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher, demonstrating their ability to design and implement effective training programs
- Current industry skills and knowledge relevant to the training provided, enabling them to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, thereby contributing to a positive and productive learning culture.
