Warehouse Operations Manager
">We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service-focused professional to lead our warehouse team. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will have a good understanding of dispatching and receiving orders, coaching staff, and liaising with customers to provide exceptional customer service.
">- Be a highly motivated and results-driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
What We Require:
">- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Be highly organized with great time management skills
- Experience in warehouse management
- Ability to effectively operate a warehouse, coach and roster staff, and lead a motivated team
- Must be detail-oriented and motivated
- Ensure effective, timely, and accurate distribution of goods, including loading trucks
- Commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights
- Current Forklift, Driver's, and Picker's licenses (preferred)
