Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, identifying customer needs, and providing prompt responses to inquiries.
- Taking inbound calls and determining the required service
- Delivering prompt and effective responses to patient bookings and enquiries
- Notifying patients of requirements prior to their visit
- Liaising with technical and support staff regarding booked services
- Quoting accurate fees for service and Medicare rebate amount
- Booking the service into the appointment diary at the relevant site
- Performing other duties as directed by the Supervisor from time to time
- Excellent communication and telephone skills – articulate, able to listen and have empathy
- Previous customer service or call centre experience with the ability to deal with high volume of calls
- Computer literate with the ability to learn our systems
- A proactive approach to learning and development
- Health care / medical reception experience will be highly regarded
- RIS/PACs systems experience will also be highly regarded
