About the Role

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving high-level analysis and working collaboratively across marketing teams to make, plan, resource, and deliver across a portfolio of complex initiatives.

  • Extensive knowledge of business process design and improvement is required.
  • Experience working in customer service and technology environments is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, particularly Google Analytics 360, Analytics 4, and Data Studio, is necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data and technology to deliver targeted and personalized digital media and collaborate with the website team to deliver a seamless onsite experience.
  • Implement and manage digital performance media programs such as SEM, Display, Social, etc.
  • Design and implement custom tracking using Google Tag Manager.
  • Manage and lead the detailed analysis of the business environment, processes, and systems to capture business requirements to develop appropriate solutions that address business needs.
  • Work collaboratively across marketing teams to share insights and provide audience segmentation recommendations that inform the creative strategy for our campaigns across digital channels.
  • Deliver digital marketing reporting including key insights, learnings, and recommendations by agreed deadlines.
  • Identify and manage compliance and privacy policy formation.
About You

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst with:

  • 3-4+ years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience with designing and implementing Personalisation and Testing programs.
  • Expertise in managing and implementing digital performance media programs (SEM, Display, Social).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
