We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Ambassador to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

About the Role:
  • This role involves welcoming and serving tenants and visitors to the asset, providing knowledge about the asset and local precinct, and delivering services that add convenience, exclusivity, community, and utility.

The successful candidate will be based in the lobby area of the office building to which they are assigned, spending time at the Concierge desk and roving throughout the Lobby (and building precinct) to proactively engage with tenants and visitors.

Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities to innovate the customer experience by reviewing feedback, interacting with tenants, and staying up-to-date with new trends.

Ambassadors of our brand lead by example, embodying the spirit of our values in all actions and interactions.
