Role Overview

About the Position

You will be an ambassador of the brand, creating timeless experiences for clients and building long-term relationships. This consultative sales environment requires someone who is enthusiastic about becoming part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
  • Build strong client relationships through genuine interactions and consistent outreach
  • Provide expert advice across product categories, with a particular focus on menswear
  • Support boutique presentation and operations, ensuring immaculate standards
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and flair at events
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' retail experience (luxury preferred)
  • Strong interest in men's fashion and understanding of suiting/sizing
  • A client-centric approach and natural ability to build rapport
  • Willingness to learn, contribute, and support your team
  • Second language skills are highly regarded
