Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing regional teams, developing and managing teams, training, and collaborating with product specialists to maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Development: Continuously evolve training strategies to meet individual and team needs. Conduct comprehensive tours and provide briefing for new and existing tour managers.
- Performance Management: Manage team performance using customer feedback metrics through quality management tools. Identify training opportunities and resources.
- Product Design and Marketing: Collaborate with regional teams to support product enhancements and marketing initiatives.
- Travel: The role requires occasional travel (approximately 4 times per year).
- Process Improvement: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of industry experience or management background required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Microsoft Office proficiency
