We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our programmatic team as a Programmatic Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of revenue by providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations, and exceptional customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate media schedules and process orders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
  • Liaise with Ad Operations to deliver successful campaigns meeting client KPIs
  • Provide administrative support to the programmatic team, including data entry and reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative support, sales processes, order management, and media delivery
  • Basic knowledge of programmatic advertising and digital marketing
  • Strong administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is beneficial
  • Skills in generating reports, creating presentations, and managing data in spreadsheets
