As an educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences of children. You will work collaboratively with your team to develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team by developing and implementing activities that foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • You will engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being are prioritized.
  • You will maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members by adhering to quality standards and Goodstart policies.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with children and families by being approachable, empathetic, and communicative.
  • You will comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • You must hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
  • You must have a current NSW Working with Children Check.
  • You must be willing to travel between other local services as required.
  • You must be available to work flexibly between Monday and Friday, 7am-6pm.
