Essential Qualifications

  • Extensive experience working as a service designer or CX professional.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Thorough understanding of the design process, design methodologies, and principles.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, influencing stakeholders to drive superior customer and business outcomes.
