This leadership role oversees the daily operations of a maternal health program, focusing on supporting vulnerable families through enhanced services.
- Lead the team through clinical supervision and guidance to maximize client wellbeing.
- Ensure programs maintain high standards of service delivery, adhering to local and funding agency guidelines.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal and external teams to enhance communication, collaboration, and implementation within the maternal health service.
- Proven experience as a maternal health professional with strong leadership skills.
- Commitment to supporting vulnerable families through the Enhanced MCH Program.
- Sound understanding of Victorian Government guidelines and ability to navigate complex service environments.
- Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse and midwife, along with additional qualifications in Maternal and Child Health Nursing.
- Demonstrated experience working in Universal and Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Services.
- Prior leadership experience essential.
