Senior Store Manager Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a department store and driving sales growth by meeting department KPI targets.

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to support our team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.

About the Role
  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations
  • Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
  • Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
  • Build a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example in all areas, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence
  • Execute department visual merchandising and standards
  • Launch and plan catalogue campaigns
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase department profit
  • Ensure effective time management and stock integrity initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong retail leadership experience, preferably with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • High level of physical fitness, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects as required
  • First Aid certification or willingness to be trained
  • IT competency and basic computer skills
