  • You will be involved in the establishment of VicHip at Monash Children's Hospital working closely with Senior Clinical Research Coordinator.
  • The incumbent will ensure high-quality recruitment, data collection, and studies are conducted.
  • Ethical research must be conducted at a high level of integrity and in line with the Australian Code for Responsible Conduct of Research.
  • You will assist and contribute to data generation for research and publications.
  • There will be opportunities to improve skill base in research productivity and methodology.
  • Assistance in high-calibre, competitive research is required.
  • Standard operating procedures, study protocols, and guidelines must be followed.
  • Maintenance of neat and orderly records and data storage is essential.
  • Familiarity with field work guidelines GCP/ICH is necessary.
  • Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.
About You:
  • ">
  • A Degree/Honours/Masters qualification in Science or related discipline is required.
  • Appropriate expertise gained from experience, training, or professional accreditation is expected.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and analytical problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Demonstrable excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Established computer skills including spreadsheets, database programs, statistics, and word processing are necessary.
  • Ability to write documents and reports is expected.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive nature is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders are essential.
