Southern HR Operations & Projects Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations & Projects Manager to join our team at JBS, a leading food and beverage company. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping our Southern P&C Strategic Plan and driving excellence in talent acquisition, engagement & retention, and employee relations across our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Provide expert guidance to HR Managers across the Southern Region and lead significant HR projects.
  • Policy Oversight and Support: Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives and provide support for policy development and implementation.
  • IR/ER and Compliance: Demonstrate expertise in industrial relations, employment law compliance requirements, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Retention and Engagement Activities: Design and implement retention and engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • HR Systems and Process: Manage HRIS systems and databases, including Success Factors, SAP, and Kronos.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic management, particularly in multisite or large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of IR, employment law compliance requirements, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
