Lead Collection Strategist

About the Role
  • As a collection strategist, you will build and lead high-performing teams to develop exceptional self-service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that push boundaries and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish mutual accountability for delivery and value generation.
  • Establish engineering cultures with DevSecOps delivery across platforms and pipelines.

  • Is an inspirational leader who leverages technical skills and people leadership to drive innovation.
  • Has expertise in collections technologies, including Experian PowerCurve Collections.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging Generative AI for collections servicing and AI-powered engineering.
  • Empowers teams to deliver autonomously by removing technology blockers and streamlining processes.
