Job Description

We are seeking a Part-time Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the loss prevention function by gathering key information, compiling reports, and assisting with store requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring the ISACS system for all incidents reported, completing required follow-up including uploading and saving CCTV footage to a shared drive, and escalating serious incidents to the Territory Loss Prevention Manager.

You will also be responsible for managing streamline tickets for maintenance requirements, alarm user, safe code and tag requests, organizing new store requirements such as radios, note detectors, posters, CIT service and opening float, EAS tags.

Additional duties include compiling reports in a range of areas, collating and pulling together information for the loss prevention team across a range of metrics on a weekly basis, formatting and forwarding reports to relevant personnel on a regular basis focusing on inventory concerns.

Assisting with forecasting and distributing security tags to stores as and when required, and taking good care of and properly securing all company issued equipment.

Maintaining confidentiality in respect of all company or personnel matters learnt during the course of carrying out your duties.

Employing a flexible approach to working hours as this role will be supporting the retail network.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Intermediate excel, word and PowerPoint skills
  • Previous experience in a retail, supply chain, inventory control or loss prevention role
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and concisely highlight key issues
  • Understanding of Inventory flow from DC to store
  • Experience in liaising with and communicating across a wide range of stakeholders both internal external
