Job Title

Awarded with a prestigious title, we are seeking a highly skilled Property Support Specialist to join our esteemed team in Perth.

As a key member of our operations team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in property management while working closely with experienced Property Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to up to three experienced Property Managers with end-to-end property management tasks.
  • Efficiently handle phone calls for the Property Managers and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure timely collection and management of keys for properties.
  • Prepare accurate documents such as lease agreements, renewals, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Support the Property Management team with property maintenance tasks ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Real Estate Registration in progress or completed.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A confident and assertive personality.
  • Strong corporate presentation skills.
  • An articulate phone manner.
  • Previous administrative experience within the real estate industry is desired but not essential.
