Supply Chain Logistics Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies in supply chain logistics. Key responsibilities include identifying and recruiting potential candidates using various sourcing methods, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Requirements:- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering are required.
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is essential.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team are also required.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics. They will be capable of business development and client relationship management.
