Job Title: Music Resolution Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Music Resolution Specialist. This role involves managing account queries, resolving disputes, and ensuring accurate royalty distributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resolutions cases through incoming queries and outgoing requests
  • Assess work and agreement records to determine ownership and amend share ownership details
  • Review reports and systems near royalty distribution dates and notify publishers of high-earning works in dispute
  • Process adjustments to correct previous payments to publishers
  • Participate in training and perform alternate tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professional customer service
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
