WeAreDigital is a Melbourne-based e-commerce consultancy seeking an experienced Senior E-Commerce Project Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have a relentless focus on making commerce better and easier, with a proven track record of delivering seamless e-commerce experiences on Shopify Plus. Our team of 20+ experts collaborate to create innovative solutions for Australia's leading brands and businesses.

This role involves ensuring the successful delivery of projects, products, and services by co-ordinating multidisciplinary teams based on a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, goals, and challenges. You will be responsible for planning, organising, and coordinating projects from pre-sale to completion, maintaining premium service standards, clear communication, and quality relationships.

Your Priorities:

  • Co-ordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality e-commerce projects and services.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, influencing key stakeholders, negotiating resources, and competing priorities while operating under time constraints and loosely defined requirements.
  • Manage project progress, using quality assurance processes to ensure projects meet agreed standards, methods, and procedures, following a well-conceived project plan.
  • Identify and respond to new and emerging risks and issues impacting business and project delivery, including budget and time variances.
  • Define and track project milestones, developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall delivery plan.
  • Maintain financial control of projects and provide accurate financial forecasts.
  • Plan and manage quality assurance on projects.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations, resourcing, scheduling, task coordination, and prioritisation.
  • Maintain premium service standards and solid relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Nurture client and stakeholder relationships by delivering on promises and setting transparent expectations.
  • Grow the business by identifying additional opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital production management.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with new technologies and ways of working.
  • Highly developed skills in planning, estimating, managing, and measuring projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management with cross-functional teams and agile production methodologies.
  • Hands-on technical experience – either development or application support.
  • A sound understanding of QA.
  • Solid e-commerce experience.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, strong problem-solving abilities, manage workflows, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude with excellent tenacity and initiative.
