Elevate Leadership Through Expert Development

We're seeking a Leadership Development Specialist to support the implementation of leadership-focused development programs for operations services.
This role will cover the design, delivery planning, and facilitation of learning content, as well as reporting and integration activities to demonstrate performance and value delivered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the delivery of portfolio programs, including KickStart for Leaders, Leaders Week & Future Leaders.
- Developing program content and identifying improvement opportunities to deliver sustainable value for operations services.
- Monitoring and reporting to deliver business objectives and strategic goals.
Key skills and qualifications include strong leadership and communication skills, with prior experience in facilitating learning programs and developing learning content to address key capability needs.
You should also be able to work collaboratively across the team and stakeholders, as well as independently when required by your work.
