As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibility will be to warmly welcome and engage with patrons, offering personalized food and beverage suggestions that elevate their stay with us.

Requirements

 

  • A proven track record of customer service within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in food and beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service, and coffee crafting skills.
  • The ability to adapt to diverse food and beverage settings and flexible scheduling.
  • A valid RSA or equivalent qualification.
  • A genuine passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating with a team of professionals.
