Exceptional eyecare services for adults and children are provided by our independent optometry practice. Established in 1995, we have a strong focus on behavioral optometry and vision therapy.

We seek an Optical Assistant to support our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in Optical Dispensing, Retail and/or Medical Reception, with a passion for working with children.

The role involves ensuring a seamless client journey from initial contact to providing services & products, on-going advice and care. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening and problem solving
  • Building and maintaining a thorough knowledge of optical products and services

We offer regular hours, which may progress to permanent part-time capacity. In-house training and support are provided, including further courses in Vision Therapy for the right applicant. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality eyecare services, this is an exciting opportunity.
