**Job Opportunity for Lead Educator**

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced lead educator to join our team in the toddler room.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality early childhood education.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma qualification, excellent communication skills, and current compliance certificates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships between educators, families, and children
  • Creating a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with the educational leader and management team
