Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable backend services from scratch as part of a major replatform program.
  • Contribute to an event-driven, cloud-native environment using AWS technologies.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines, DataDog observability, and modern engineering practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Partner with mobile, data, and product teams to deliver customer-facing features and enhance user experience.
  • Provide technical guidance, lead design reviews, and mentor engineers to drive technical excellence.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in backend development with expertise in Go or equivalent programming languages.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
  • Solid testing practices and a pragmatic approach to performance and security.
  • Clear communication and collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • For Senior Engineers: proven experience in technical leadership and team management.
