Job Title: Clinical Research Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our clinical research team and oversee the operations of our Oncology and Haematology Clinical Research Unit.

  • Drive innovation and clinical excellence in clinical trials, aiming to improve survival and outcomes for children and young people with cancer and blood disorders.
  • Provide operational leadership for national and international clinical trials across all phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and manage a dedicated team of clinical research professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Ensure trial governance, quality systems, and adherence to protocol, maintaining the highest standards of research excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize clinical trial budgets and resource planning.
Key Responsibilities:
