Job Summary

The Clinical Trials Coordinator role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate in coordinating and conducting clinical trials.

This position provides exposure to an established phase 1 oncology clinical trial unit, with access to leading technology in Radiology Oncology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support to Principal Investigators in the conduct and day-to-day management of clinical trials
  • Manage and conduct the clinical trial portfolio, including coordination, recruitment, participant education, and communication
  • Ensure that clinical research is conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice, NHMRC National Statement, and relevant policies
  • Contribute to the financial management of the business unit, ensuring timely submission of patient payment data
  • Communicate effectively with trial participants to ensure compliance with trial visits and procedures
About You

We seek a driven and detail-oriented individual with relevant research experience, who can independently solve problems and build rapport with stakeholders through strong communication skills.

A background in oncology or haematology nursing, radiation therapy, or clinical trials is preferred, but training in clinical trials is provided for the right candidate.
